OUR OWN QUALITY SYSTEMS
TrustMarley is working towards ISO 9001 and operates documented procedures for all functions. The Directors and staff are committed to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System to ensure we operate effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our customers.
OUR STAFF
Our Staff are fully trained and are provided with appropriate resources to meet customer needs as well as statutory and regulatory requirements. All of our Staff are CRB checked and upon visiting your premises are in full uniform and in possession of identification badge.
VEHICLES
Our collection vehicles are fitted with satellite tracking so we know exactly where they are in real time. Security is at the forefront of our operation and we monitor our vehicles from when they leave the depot first thing in the morning until their safe return at the end of the day.
OUR PREMISES
Our high security premises have a secure perimeter fence encompassing the entirety of the site. The building is fitted with an intruder alarm system and we benefit from a state of the art CCTV with both internal and external coverage to ensure security is maintained at all times.
WASTE LEGISLATION/KEEPING YOU UP TO DATE
At TrustMarley we provide all current and up to date documentation to ensure you are compliant with waste legislation and actively seek to keep you up to date as and when new legislation comes into force.
CERTIFICATION
We provide a full certificate of destruction for our shredding service and legally provide an annual Duty of Care Certificate for your recycling collections.
